Returns and exchanges are only processed for defective, or incorrect item(s) shipped.
Should you receive defective, or incorrect item(s), email us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the defect (where applicable).
We’ll send you a replacement item as quickly as we can after we have received the return and inspected the item(s).
– The defective or incorrect item(s) must be returned within 14 days from the shipped date.
– We will refund the return shipping within 1-3 working days after receiving the return parcel.
– It would be best to provide a snapshot of the Certificate of Posting (COP) or the parcel before mailing it out to us.
– Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.
-> Please keep in mind that length discrepancies of 0.5 – 1″ in our given measurements are not deemed defects.
-> Slight variance in colours of the item(s) from the colours displayed on your monitor is also not deemed a defect.
